Hit ENTER to complete filling out fields

Ability to press "Enter" when filling out the Topic and Keywords section.

Currently If you type a anything into the fields and hit enter, nothing happens.

You have to move your mouse over to the + icon each time you enter something in the field for it to accept the input.

It's redundant and takes additional time.
